    Reminder:

  • 1、In case of a flight delay, passengers can reschedule free of charge to a flight within three days (including three days or seven days in case of non-daily flights) before and after scheduled departure time of the original flight. Passengers can make a reschedule only once, so please arrange your itinerary carefully;
  • 2、Rescheduling is currently not available for passengers who have requested special services such as wheelchair and stretcher services. If such passengers need to apply for a rescheduling, please call 95361 for assistance;
  • 3、Please make sure that you have not applied for advance seat selection and check-in for the ticket or you have canceled them before making the reschedule;
  • 4、Rescheduling is available for E-tickets beginning with the number 479 and Shenzhen Airlines is the international flights;
  • 5、If you have purchased additional services (for example, special meals, and pick-up and drop-off service) during purchase of your tickets, please contact the original site of your purchase for the handling after you have made a successful rescheduling;
  • 6、Passengers with accompanying children should not change their itinerary alone, so as not to cause children being unable to take the flight。
